worker to co-worker relationships
In Florida, is it legal to terminate or force one to transfer departments based on the ''appearance'' that a relationship exists between two co-workers?

Re: worker to co-worker relationships
Florida law does not prohibit an employer from creating and/or enforcing policies about relationships between employees in the work place, as they are entitled to terminate for a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason at all. Marital status discrimination, is however, prohibited.
