Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was working at a company as an assistant manager, under part-time pay, and no benefits, but i was being scheduled and worked as many as 50 hours a week, and being scheduled for around 42, to 43, is there anything i can do here???

If you are working that many hours you may be owed overtime and can go to the U.S. Department of Labor or an attorney that handles FLSA or overtime cases. If you don't want to work the hours scheduled by your employer you may want to find a new job.
