Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I have been working for my company for 22 months, I had been in my current position for 11 months when I had my son I went on leave and took off 8 weeks. I was a unit manager making 10 an hour when I came back they put me on as a server making 4.19 an hour. There are more than 50 employees within 75 miles and I worked more than 1250 hours in the 12 months prior to my leave. Is there anything I can do

Could be violations of not only FMLA, but also the Florida Civil Rights Act and Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Feel free to contact my office if you wish to discuss further. You might want to start by making a written complaint with Human Resources.
