Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I'm working for a company for more than a year, even if the 90 days pre-employment is done, the company still don't hire me. Is this legal ? What the labor department states about the 90 days in Florida ?

None. Unless you have a contract that requires them to hire you after 90 days, they have no obligation to do so.
