Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I have been working for a seating installation company for 8 months now. I work all over the state of Florida. I have been using my own personal vehicle for transportation and to haul material and coworkers to the jobsite. I have not been compensated for milage, my time spent driving, or maintanence on my vehicle. I have not recieved any pay stubs even after asking for them multiple times, my pay has been late multiple times, sometimes up to a week or a week and a half. just recently in the month of december I became sick twice and had to go to the hospital, I have hospital documentation, and I contacted my foreman everytime I was sick, however he falsely reported to the owner of the company that I had not contacted him, and that he had terminated my employment. my question is, was my boss legally required to pay me per diem? and also is there anything I can do legally to collect the money I am owed. it has been 2 weeks since I have recieved any pay from him and he still owes me 130 just from my last check. any advice?
