Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I am working for an supervisor who bully, intimadates, show blantant favortism, discriminates against age(promotes young and inexperienced employess over older, more experienced and better performers) there have been 21 employees who have been terminated or quit due to this persons ranting, threatening etc. They are all willing to write letters stating the harrassment, threats, humiliation etc. they experience while working under this oerson. In addition, several employees had to take zanix just to survive the work enviroment. Is there any legal recourse to what i have just described???
