Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
If I have been working as an underemployed contractor / reimbursed volunteer for an indie developer's app for a year, and most of my work is in the release version, but I am unable to continue with the company, can I reasonably request a small royalty or share in the future profit from the app?

Did you sign any agreements with them? Typically this kind of work would be work for hire...
