Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Wrongful Termination
I was employed as a General Manager of a Corporate Training store for 9 months. I was terminated because the ''owners brother was losing money on his restaurants, they were closing those restaurants and giving him my job''. I know this is a right to work state, but do I have any recourse against this company?

Re: Wrongful Termination
You only have recourse if your employment was pursuant to an employment contract, and it provided you with expressly stated compensation or other privileges.
