wrongful termination,prevention,loss investigating,taping

Can you get fired for not believing in stepchild relationships..when there are no relationships being stepchild is an adult of 26 yrs..Can prevention and loss use cohersment taping in an investagation w/out attorneys present?..

Your first two questions are worded such that I cannot understand or respond to them. However, in Florida, your employer is legally entitled to terminate your employment for any reason (good reason, bad reason or no reason at all) at any time. Accordingly, unless your employer took an action against you based upon some characteristic or conduct which is specifically protected by law, there does not exist any claim for wrongful termination (unfortunately).
