Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was wrongfully terminated this past monday january 17th for something that happened last week Monday jan 10th. The reason given was due to an anxiety attack i had at work on the 10th. i admitted to having a beer on a 4 hr lunch break then coming back to work. My anxiety attack didn't occur til almost 5 p.m the beer was consumed at 12 p.m. The reason i was fired is because i had an intimate relationship with my boss and 2 days prior to me getting fired i went to his house, off the clock, not during business hrs and called him a liar. he had been lieing the entire time we had this relationship. they made this accusation to keep me quiet. i told him the night i was at his house that i was going to find another job. he obviously couldn't wait that long to get rid of me. So my allegation, my wrongful termination, stems from a man who has money and had his ego shot down. Now i have to file for unemployemnt and all the other benefits i no longer have. Its a family owned business, 8 emplyees, so the EEOC cannot help me. I live in Florida, central florida, and it seems no one can help me. I was in love with this man, he told me he loved me and because i ended it and bruised his ego he had me fired for some fradulent reason so he didn't have to face me any longer. Did i also mention his mother is the one who fired me? His mother knew i was at his house 2 nights prior to her terminating me. Yea, she has always covered for him and i was no exception. He also had a baby with a former employee about 2 yrs ago. Another employee left because of his lies to her. They too had an intimate relationship. He sends employees out to buy him beer that he drinks during business hrs. Buzzed and/or drunk while taking care of animals. I worked for a Veterinarian you see, he has the means to survive and he knew i didn't and don't. Ive never been fired or even come close to being fired, i had been an excellent employee for almost 4 yrs before this past monday. I am lost, I am hurt and I don't want to see this happen to anyone else because of his lack of respect and concern for those he manipulates. I am only guilty of being naive to him, for wanting to believe all the things i had heard were false. For falling in love with a man who said he loved me and then got me fired to keep me quiet. It isn't right in any language, religion or country to have been treated this way. His mother, the one who fired me, showed nothing but anger towards me when I told her i was in an intimate relaitonship with her son, my boss. She justified him as he did for everything he says and does. I need help. I need someone to hear my side and not judge me because i was an idiot for believing a man. He will do this again, its his pattern. A son who is almost 2 whom he has almost nothing to do with and 2 women he lied to in order to still get his way. Please help me. I don't know what to do or where to go. I've been given number and web address to so many places and still im at a stand still. It isn't fair to be fired because you told someone he hurt you. It isn't fair to be fired to try to keep someone quiet. It isn't fair to take someones livlihood because your ego is affected. It isn't fair or just no matter which way you look at it or slice it. I am a good person, I was naive, now im unemployed and trying to survive. I live a humble life and take care of myself. I have no one else to turn to.

If you had a consensual relationship with your boss there is probably not much you can do about it. If he fired you because you would not longer provide him with sexual favors you may very well have a sex harassment or discrimination claim. Even if there are less than 15 employees, what county are you in in Florida since many times the county has an anti discrimination ordinance you can use. Also make sure that you claim your unemployment and if they try to contest it, make sure you follows all deadlines for appeals.
