Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Last year a customer came in to my work and harassed me to the point where I was upset and shaking. I later found out through an internet search that she was my coworker's crimminal lawyer. What should I do?

A lawyer may contact an unrepresented party (you). A lawyer should not threaten you physically, but can tell you what will happen if you don't comply (and it can sound threatening, but it's more of a heads-up). You should get an attorney and then the lawyer will never contact you individually again. I'm not even sure what type of case you may be involved in here because you did not say.

It depends on the circumstances. If nothing has happened since, I am not sure that I would do anything.
