Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

yearly review

I recieve my yearly review to find out that someone had complained about my personality and my job performance. Do I have a right to know what was said and who said it. should it have been brought to my attention before my yearly review?

Thank you.

Perhaps it should have been brought to your attention sooner. I am not sure how you can improve things without a sense of what was said about your performance. Still, I do not think you have any legal right to know exactly what was said or who said it.
