30 day or 60 day notice
if my lease says i need to give 30 day notice and the landlord says i need to give 60 day notice is that a breach of contract? i think florida just changed their laws to require 60 day notice. does the state law override my current lease?

It is my understanding that the law merely gives the right for a landlord to make the requirement part of the lease.
