Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am 25. I intend on leaving my mentally unstable mother's home very soon. I am not on the lease but all my possessions (including legal paperwork) are at here, what rights do I have?

You already know the answer to this question. You have no rights or obligations. You are not on the lease and your mother is mentally unstable. Pack all of your possessions, including legal paperwork and take it all with you when you move out. This way, you won't be asking what rights you have, after your mother destroys all your stuff.
