Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

In 2007 I was sent to prison at this time I recived paperwork to sign a power of attorney for the owner of my moblie home park to rent or lease my moblie home I had no one to help me with reading the power of attorney and didnt understand that it said irrevocable is there any way it can be revocation,I have paperwork to do the revocation, I hope you can help me with this, I dont have any money. and Im not working. The owner is trying to sell the moblie out from under me. and this is all I have now. The whole time I was away he did do anything with the moblie home I just got home April of 2009 I have been going to the house in jupiter fl and packing all of my stuff up so I can sell it. Hi Rhonda, All powers of attorney are revocable-- no matter what the paper says. You simply have to affirmatively revoke it.

It is possible that the park owner has some claims against you for lot rent or home association fees. He can place a lien on the property by going to court and proving what you owe. But, in no rhelm of reality may he sell your mobile home. Only a court could force sale.
