Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I own 5 rvs , we rent weekly.tenant refused to pay rent.we served eviction notice..sherriff sdvised tenant can stay..now what!!

Sheriff's do not decide who stays and who goes. You have to pursue the eviction if you are entitled to it and the Court decides. the sheriff enforces the Court's orders. Follow the law and you will get the tenant removed.
