2 unmarried people are on the deed. Another person moved in, how do i get him to leave? One person wants him there and I don't.

As a co-owner, you do have a say. But, I think it depends how you hold the deed -- Tenants by the Entirety, Joint Tenants With Right of Survivorship, Joint Tenants, or Tenants in Common. In the first two instances, you can make unilateral decisions. In the second two instances, you cannot. So, the answer is "it depends." Sorry for the ambiguous answer.
You probably can't. You might petitiojn the court to force a sale of the house and divide the proceeds. That might influence the co-owner to kick him out.
If you and the other owner cannot agree, then you might have to go to court to partition the property - force its sale and divide the proceeds. I am sure the other owner wouldn't want this either, so it would be best to try to work things out yourselves. Regards,
