Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am a 61 year old female on Social Security Disability and have owned my own home here in Florida for at least 20 years. Last year, to make ends meet, I decided to get a roommate. I was going to charge 700 + split the electric and water. A single mom with teenager came and mom was crying about her not having any money to raise her son. I felt bad for her and to help her out, I decided to reduce the rent to 600 + half the electric and water. She arrived with a little used Honda Escape SUV and through the year and a half she's been here she's leased a 2013 Toyota Carolla, and just last week she purchased a brand new 2014 Toyota Carolla. She has also spent money like crazy on herself - dresses, jewelry, boots, shoes, massages, pedicure/manicures, eyebrow waxing, beauty shops, etc. I am so broke my lawn service has cancelled because I'm so behind in my payments, my front door lock is broken, my toilet is broken, I have roof leaks, etc. We have had some bad arguments about her spending and me feeling taken advantage of and finally I told her I wanted her to move out in 30 days. Now I'm hearing there is nothing I can do to get her out unless she violates the lease and I can't go on like this for 8 more months (lease ends Dec. 31st. 2014). She doesn't want to leave because she knows she's got the best deal in town. I suffer from major depression, was hospitalized for it last year, and am under a doctor's care. This is making me so sick! Please! Is there anything you can do?

Your written lease agreement controls. Have the document reviewed by an attorney. All your personal issues wont affect your legal obligations.
