Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

About 3 years ago i lived in an apt complex in jacksonville. i had a year lease that ended in march of 07. i broke my lease and moved out on october 20, 2006. i have not received any documentation in regards to my lease break. i have recently tried to apply for a new apt and i was told i have something on my rental record. i did not receive a certified letter with the information or any documents. i contacted the leasing office a few days ago and they forwarded me a copy of the statement of deposits and the balance does not make sense. the apt was re-rented on 12/16/06. Again i moved out on october 20, 2006, there are attorney fees listed for october 23, 2006 and i went online to Duvals clerk of court and pulled the "eviction" notice which i never received as it was filed on October 27, 2006 (7 days after i moved out). What should i do at this point. The property manager nor the Property Owner Company will get back in contact with me.

Go to the property manager and pay what you owe. This happens when you break leases and just move out without notice.
