Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

hello im a 23 yr old male renting a studio apartment behind the house of my landlord, my rental agreement was odd from the beginning it says that I am not allowed to have overnight guests in my own place, he is "bi-sexual" asks me to come over naked and asks me almost everyday to either wash me in the shower or if I want a massage so he can try to suck on my genitalia. also my apartment has no bathroom, sink , washer, dryer or stove. he also has threatened to raise my rent after the lease because I used my a/c unit to much this summer and im tired of all of that and he would also be constantly naked with an erection either masturbating in his house and come to answer the door for me or be in his backyard naked, when he is away from home he lets his gay male friends come over and sun bathe naked right in my line of sight from the apartment, im just so sick of his crap and how he trys to show me off to all his gay friends all the time I also have some saved text messages to help prove some of that

If you have a lease, then that document controls. Sounds like you need to speak to an attorney with your paperwork so you can get advice about how to leave the property.
