Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My adult "child" refuses to leave the family home where he has lived almost 25 years, since age 2. What do we do? Eviction? Court order? Police? Help, please

You must file an ejectment. The reason being that he probably is not paying rent and you have no agreement with him to do so. The court will help you fill out the proper paper work. Most courts have an online small claims account and you can file the case yourself with the instructions that they give you.
