Can a landlord put a lean on my fiance's and my income?

Your question is unclear. If your landlord obtains a judgment for unpaid rent, he can pursue a wage garnishment (a lien is not something that attaches to income) against you and your fiance (assuming both of you were parties to the lease and therefore the parties against whom a judgment was obtained) in order to satisfy the judgment, should you choose not to pay the judgment at the time it is entered.
