Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
i thank you for your answers but it in not a complex it was a duplex that was turned into a house the guy's father owns it and like today he said he was some where else horse backriding we have beenhaving some issuses and would like to look over the lease can you go file downtown or with a lawyer and they can make them come up with the lease

He may have lost it himself. It is not worth the cost to engage the legal system. I doubt that there is even a way to sue for a copy of your contract.
