Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
The apartment building I currently live in was built in 1963, remodeled in 1999. I was not given a lead paint safety brochure on any info at all when I signed my lease. There is a federal law requiring this info be provided to renters. Would this negate my lease? What are the consequences?
