Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Apartment complex endangering residents
My apartment complex just finished painting the elevator door. After using the elevator several times in the past few hours, I've developed a very sore throat because of the cheap paint fumes. These fumes, because of the door, are being exposed to residents in an enclosed space. Is there anything I can do as a tenant?

Complain and see if they can get some fans in there to air it out.
