Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My apartment complex wants me to move out because I have an eviction on my record. The rental agent new about this from the start but was trying to make a sale. It has almost been a month since I applied to be a resident, I've already signed my lease, I have no where else to go, what can I do?

As long as you are paying your rent, and you have a signed lease, they have no right to evict.

Mr. Slater is correct. If they do you will have a great law suit.
