Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Our apartment complex wrongfully turned off our cable/internet/phone service during the holidays. There is no reason for them to have turned off our service because we always pay rent on time. Since it is during the holidays, the office is closed so we can't get them to turn our service back on. We have tried called the office, and the office's emergency line and we have left messages. No one has responded. What can we do?
