Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i had gotten an apartment with my finance... i am now 26 weeks pregnant.. the relationship became abusive and i had to leave everything is in my name... the apartment complex tells me that i am hold liable to the lease til the term ends... Is there no law or anything for situations like this....

The apartment is not responsible for your boy friend's bad behavior. Go get a restraining order against him if there was abuse and move back into your apartment. If you are on the lease and he is not, then tell him to leave.
