My apartment manager filed a false eviction on me and Im trying to sue. Who exactly do I sue?a

False eviction has no specific legal meaning. You would have to sue the person or entity that sued you if it was a wrongful eviction and you can prove that. The lawsuit to file that claim would have been in the eviction itself.
