Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My apartment office works at the apartment I live in have not properly notified me about an eviction. They have not given me the 30 day notice. They came into my apartment today to tell me that I need to leave as soon as possible or the sheriff will come to arrest me. Do I need to pay the attorney fee for an eviction or is it the land lords responsibility.

You will pay your own attorney. If the lease contains a provision making you responsible for payiong their attorney, then you will end up being responsible for that as well.

Why did they have to give you 30 days notice? For a month to month tenancy, it is 15 days. For an eviction for failure to pay rent, it's less. See the information at http://www.800helpfla.com/landlord_text.html
