Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Apartments in my complex have turned into sober living/halfway houses. Is there anyway I can break my lease because of this? I would not have signed if I had known and I do not feel safe living there anymore.

Your neighbors not drinking sounds like it would make the place safer. Without more than your feelings about the matter, I do not see how this would trigger any ability for you to break the lease.
