Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
An apartment's tenants keep jumping the dividing wall onto my property. The management is continuing to refuse to do anything to fix this, is there any legal recourse I can take to make my point to them?

You can send a letter to the management company that the quiet enjoyment of your property is being prevented due to the nuisance. If they don't assist, you could potentially file a lawsuit seeking to enforce your rights. It is a costly venture. You should speak to a local attorney before proceeding to develop a game plan.
