Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Appliances-Unfurnished Home
As landlord, I rented an ''unfurnished home'', however I did leave a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher for the tenants, which was there from previous tenants for their convenience. Lease says tenants are responsible for nuisance repairs. Am I responsible for applicance repairs? i.e., ice maker, stove burner, dishwasher not working. Do they have any rights to withhold rent for these minor repairs?
