No way at all to contact him? Do you know where he works? Who his parents are? A friend? He lived with you and you have no idea about how to contact him or anyone else that he knows? Try. Most anyone can be found with a little effort. Wouldn't you want to be contacted if the shoe were on the other foot. You can probably throw the syuff out, but that will not prevent him from suing you later. An earlier post today raised that very issue. Document all reasonmable efforts to find him and make the effort before you throw things away.
