In a ase summary, what does, 'Case Type: REAL PROPERTY MTG FORECLOSURE (NO LONGER USED)' mean. I received notice that my landlord has been collecting rent and not paying the mortgage and the property is in forclosre. When I reviewed the case, it stated, Case Type: REAL PROPERTY MTG FORECLOSURE (NO LONGER USED).
