Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have been asked to vacate the rental apartment I live in within 7 days and the letter given is not notarized or a legal form, I also do not have a lease agreement. What are my rights as a monthly paying tenant?

as per my prior post. you are entitled to 15 days notice of termination of the lease.
