Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Can an attorney represent his ex wife in a case of landlord tenant in which the wife is being evicted, has a daughter or more kids with her. He is paying the bills. Conflict of interest.

Yes he can represent her. He has no conflict of interest if he represents the wife. He would if he represents the landlord.
