Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
one bad tenant of three
i have a lease with three tenants at one location.they share the property jointly and pay a cumulitive sum of $1275.00 per month. one tenant has skipped out but the others want to stay. question: how do i get my in full each month? do i let the others stay at $425.00 each or are they liable for the full $1275.00? is it their responsibility to retreive the other third or do i sue the derelict roommate for the other third? should i not take any partial payments? this is the worst time of year to have the house go vacant. thanks, any advice will help.

You are entitled to your full rent from the one who stays.
