Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

we have bed buggs. landlord has payed for pest, but were still out almost six hundred for bed covers, laundry, ect.we have asked them for help and have been turned away. now we dont have the money to pay our rent, what can we do?

You could file an action in small claims court to recover ther damages you have suffered and you can include attorney fees and filing costs as part of your recovery.
