Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I'm began renting a room (month to month, no lease) in a house on April 1st and the owner now moved out of the country and I just found out the house is sold and I would have to move. What are my rights?

You may get 30 days to move. Do the new owners want to continue renting to you. Since you are on a month to month, they can have you evicted. If you paid the owner a security deposit, you would have to sue the former owner for the return of it.
