Bought a house Tenent who was not paying rent to previous owner will not leave

my daughter ,Penny K. closed on a house in cocoa florida. The seller assured her the tennents would be leaving in a day or 2. They now refuse to leave and when she took the eviction motice to the court clerk she said it could be weeks before the judge sees it,IS TRERE ANYTHING SHE CAN DO TO GET THESE PEOPLE OUT.? MY DAUGHTER WHO BOUGHT THE HOUSE HAS MS and must avoid stress!

It is too late for anything, other than an eviction proceeding. She should have had an attorney from the start and either held back money until the tenant moved out or delayed the closing.
