can I brake my lease do to rodents in my apartment and request my deposit back

Not likely, depending on what your lease provides. First, you have to keep the landlord the opportunity to remedy the problem. Second if the apartment is uninhabitable as determined by the health department, you have likely have an out of the lease, or at least, until it is livable again. Third, seek some legal advice with your paperwork. Don't just move out and hope for the best.
