Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I need to break a lease on an apartment.

I have given landlord two months notice in writing.

Is there any recourse the landlord can take?

Yes, check your lease first to see if it allowed for early termination and what fees or penalty the lease states you must pay.
