Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Breaking a Lease due to a Job Transfer out of state
My place of employment is relocating out of state. I lease an apartment and I have heard that there is a FL law that lets me break a lease if we provide a letter from our employer stating a relocation. Is this true? If so, how does it work?
THANKS!

No, I don't believe that's true.
