Unfortunately, you probably do not have an easy "out" under the law. Although your lease probably promises you the quiet enjoyment of your apartment, it would be hard to prove that the normal use by a young couple may be considered a violation by the management just because they live a different lifestyle than you. From my experience of representing landlords over the years, you may wish to make a pest of yourself with management by filing regular complaints about their behavior. After a while, the manager might choose to release you from your lease early rather than have to deal with an unhappy tenant who will take the time to file constant complaints.

To go a step further, careful reading of your question would indicate that perhaps your real reason to get out of the lease is the new job is an hour drive each way. This is definitely NOT an excuse to break a lease.
