Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
breaking my rent lease
I rented my apartment last
september and everything was
great. Is a great building with nice
amenities. Recently (a little over 2
months) ago the building was
turned into a half hotel. There was
nothing in regards to this on my
lease and now I have hotel guest
sleeping in the looby, pool over
crowded, there is no assigned
parking so I have to drive upto 10
floors to find parking, the building is
not staffed to be a hotel so is dirty.
I have 6 more months and I dont
think I can take it. There is nothing
on my lease on how to break it and
I dont want to affect my credit.
Is there anything legal that I can
do?
Thanks for your imput!
