i broke my ankel who is lilable
i was injuried ibroke my ankel isign the lease but it was not my real name it was my boyfriends last name and on a law suit my lawer said that it binding just the same now the insurnace is not going to pay for my injury

The name on the lease is irrelevant to whether someone is liable for your broken ankle, but your post does not reveal any facts that would make someone liable (i.e., there is nothing to indicate that anyone's negliugence caused you to break your ankle).
