Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My business was destroyed due to fire, the fire was started accidentally by the staff. All of my insurance people are saying that the landlord should have 6 months to return the building to me. It seems this is some sort of industry standard, my lease says they have 360 days. Is there anyway to fight that, I can not be out of business for a year, I will not be able to reopen

No. You may be able to terminate and move.

Your lease controls. Have it reviewed. No industry standard will overcome your lease language.
