Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Car Wrongfully Towed

I live in a condo and parked in a handicap parking space with no tag. I got a sticker warning on my window so moved my car to a regular parking space. The maintenance worker came out and I told him it was a misunderstanding and wouldn't park there anymore. The next day, my car was towed as authorized by management of the condo. How is it legal to tow a car from a regular parking space just because I had in the past parked in the handicap space?

Re: Car Wrongfully Towed

It is not legal. Get the details of the tow from the towing company and then contact the management. If you want to, you can bring a claim in small claims court.
