Chargeing rent for liveing under a lease
Can my mother chanrge me rent or a fee for liveing in our apartment as an adult under the same lease?

If it is your mother's apartment and you want to live there she can charge you rent if you are an adult. If you are jointly on the lease -- that is, you have both signed the lease -- then she cannot charge you rent, but you are responsible for paying the rent to the landlord.
